高比例超短羊绒/蚕丝精梳高支机织纱研制

摘　　要：长度30mm以下的超短羊绒纤维难以精梳成条,在轻薄高档机织面料的应用上受到限制。为纺制高比例超短羊绒/桑蚕丝精梳高支机织纱,以精梳毛纺工艺系统为基础,对B262和毛机、B272梳毛机进行了合理改造,探讨了精梳、针梳、粗纱和细纱等工序的工艺参数配置。结果表明所纺高支纱的强力、伸长、毛粒和捻度等指标达到了机织纱质量要求,适合用于生产高档机织面料。Super-short cashmere which length less than 30mm was restricted in high-grade and lightweight fabrics because it was difficult to be spun into worsted slivers.In this paper,based on worsted system,high-count woven yarns blended with super-short cashmere and silk were produced by B262 teaser card and B272 carding machine,which were reasonably reformed,and with processing parameters of carding,gilling,roving and spinning.The results showed that the strength,elongation,and twist neps of high-count yarns produced were accorded with the requirements of woven yarns,which were suitable for the production of high-grade fabrics.
