摘　　要：介绍了被动房的定义和基本特征,并从建筑施工技术和建筑节能标准方面分析了被动式房屋与普通节能建筑的区别,同时对被动房的优越性进行了阐述,最后指出了该房屋建造面临的机遇和挑战。The paper introduces the definition and basic characteristics of passive houses, analyzes the differences between the passive houses and common energy-saving ones from the architectural construction technique and architectural energy-saving standards, illustrates the advantages of the passive houses, and points out the challenges and chances for their construction.
