摘　　要：从房产测绘、地籍测量、林业、草地等其他不动产测绘方面研究了不动产测绘的现状,并分析了统一登记后现有测绘模式存在的机构、技术、费用等问题,并提出了相应的改善建议,以供参考。From the mapping of other real-estate including real-estate mapping, eadastral surveying, forestry and grass, the paper researches the current status for the real-estate mapping, analyzes some problems in the institutes, technique, and cost in current mapping models after the unified register, and points out respective improvement suggestions, so as to provide some reference.
