摘 要:本研究观察了 2 1名单纯性肥胖少儿和 18名同龄正常非肥胖少儿的运动心电图、血浆内皮素 (ET- 1)、血脂及血压的变化。结果显示 :肥胖组少儿的安静 HR (10 1.11± 12 .11)明显高于对照组少儿安静 HR (76 .1± 7.91) ,两组间存在着显著性差异 (P<0 .0 5) ;而运动时间和运动级别则少于正常少儿组 ,肥胖组少儿的血 TC、 TG、 L DL及 Apo B较非肥胖少儿明显升高 ,但仅TG和 Apo B的改变具有统计学意义 (P值分别 <0 .0 1和 <0 .0 5)。结果提示 :单纯性肥胖症使少儿心功能下降 ,储备能力降低 ,脂质代谢发生紊乱 ,进而导致血管内皮功能异常。血浆 ET水平升高可能是单纯性肥胖症少儿合并高血压冠心病的主要机理之一。The research observed ECG, endothelin, lipid and Blood Pressure changes in 21 simple obesity children and 18 normal children. The main result as follows:the level of ET in obesity children group (101.11±12.11) is higher than the control group (76.1±7.91) evidently, it has a significant difference between the two groups (P<0.01); TC,TG,LDL and ApoB of the obesity group all increased significantly comparing with the control group. But only the changes of TG and ApoB had statistic difference, p valuse<0.01 and <0.05 respectively. HDL of the obesity group shows decease trend, p=0.073, >0.05. The changes of ApoA is not significant between the two groups. We can draw a conclusion as follows: simple obesity can cause significant increase of ET, it suggests that simple obesity have made the vascular endothelial cell damaged; Training can decrease the level of ET at the same time of decreasing body weight, it also has a better effect on lipid changes. Therefore training has a paramount effect during weight reduce and control.
