摘　　要：本文就肥胖对儿童、青少年的脑血液动力学的影响 ,以及运动对脑血液动力学的改善作一研究综述。结果显示肥胖通过影响少儿的血压、血液流变学因素使其脑血流发生变化 ,而运动即中等强度的动力性运动可使脑血流指标显著改善。As the Society advanced, obese human, particmarly simple obese children and adolescant become more and more. How to prevent it has been a important theme. This paper discuss the effect of obesity and exercise on cerebral hemodynamics. The result demonstrated that obesity decrease the cerelral blood flow through the influence of blood pressure and blood rheology moderate dynamic exercise, as the treatment of obesity. Can improve the cerebral blood flow of simple obese children and adocescent.
