摘　　要：主轴承盖是柴油机支承曲轴的重要零件,对玉柴柴油机主轴承盖的加工工艺进行分析,针对闲置的几台数控车床和摇臂钻床设计了专用夹具。实践证明,该生产工艺加工的产品达到了工艺要求,质量稳定,并且提高了设备的开动率。Bearing cover of crude oil engine is the important part which is used to support the crankshaft. The process technology of the bearing cover is analyzed. Special fixture is designed for the spare NC lathe and beam drill. Practice has proved that the products can meet the process requirements. Stable quality is realized, and improve the utilization rate of equipment is improved.
