摘　　要：针对立式注射成型塑料滑轮多腔模具因嵌件多而导致的放置效率低、占机时间长等问题,提出了预先将嵌件装入快放装置,使用该装置安放嵌件时,利用重力使多个嵌件同时落入所装型芯的解决方案。设计了滑轮模具多嵌件快放装置,介绍了该装置的工作过程。实践表明,该装置操作方便,安全性好,可提高生产率,降低生产成本,对生产中的类似问题解决具有借鉴意义。According to the long-time occupation and poor security of loading inserts into vertical injection mold, a multi-inserts preloading solution is put forward. Multi-inserts can be loaded into core due to gravity. The pulley mold device is designed to release multi-inserts quickly. The work process of the device is introduced. Practice shows that the device operates easily with good security, can improve production efficiency and reduce production costs significantly. It has the popularization and application value.
