摘　　要：分析LED球泡灯组件的结构特征,开发1种基于DSP图像处理的LED球泡灯组件自动装配过程中自动排料的技术。该技术由摄像机采集组件的特征数据,基于霍夫算法由DSP计算出组件角度,并将角度值传输给PLC,由PLC控制伺服电机将组件旋转到正确的位置,从而完成自动排料。The article introduces an automatic arrangement technology of LED bulb components based on components characteristics analysis and image processing technology. The characteristic data of components are collected by a camera and transmitted to the DSP. DSP calculates the component＇s angle value based on Hough algorithm, and PLC controls the servo motor to rotate the component to the required angle, the automatic arrangement of components is completed.
