摘  要:互换型陶瓷金卤灯设计的关键就是对灯触发系统的设计。将低压汞灯用启辉器改造后与1个适当阻值的电阻器串联即可与镇流器一起构成互换型灯的触发系统。在启辉器设计一定的条件下,不同规格的汞灯镇流器适用于基本相同的系统阻抗。作为提高系统阻抗的电阻器,钨丝灯电阻器与高频电阻器相比具有非常明显的优势。对互换型灯设计时,还应对内管和外装配设计予以考虑。The key point of designing a retrofit ceramic metal halide lamp is the design of ignition system. The ignition system for retrofit lamps can be set up by re-designing the glow starters used for low pressure mercury lamps and connecting them in series with resistors and ballasts. After the design of glow starters is defined, different ballasts used for various types of high pressure mercury lamps are applied for almost the same system impedance. Tungsten filament resistors used to increase system impedances have obvious advantages compared with high frequency resistors. Because of the specialty of retrofit lamps, the design of arc tubes and outer assemblies should also be considered during the design.
