摘 要:对三峡地区野生松杉灵芝形态特征和人工驯化栽培的松杉灵芝的形态特征进行比较,从而确定三峡地区松杉灵芝属中高温型菌类或恒温结实性菌类。菌丝生长的温度范围为20℃~32℃,最适宜的温度为25℃~28℃,子实体生长发育温度20℃~32℃。经测定,松灵芝中灵芝酸A的含量为2.07‰,明显高于市售灵芝中灵芝酸A的含量0.51‰。The comparison of morphological characteristics between the wild and the artificial domestication and cultivation of Ga- noderma tsugae in three Gorges region had been carried out in this paper to determine whether the three Gorges region Ganoderma tsugae belonged to high temperature type fungi or homeothermia seed set fungi. The mycelial growth temperature was at the range of 20℃ - 32℃, the optimum temperature was 25℃ - 28℃, and the temperature for fruiting body growth was from 20℃ to 32℃. It was determined that the content of Ganoderma acid A in Ganoderma tsugae was 2.07‰, which was significantly higher than the commercially available Ganoderma that only contained 0.51‰.
