伸性纸袋纸生产工艺过程及其装备的改进和优化

摘　　要：随着人们对环境要求的提高,伸性纸袋纸应用更加广泛,对它的质量要求也越来越高。在生产中,关键设备采用稀释水流浆箱、伸性装置,过程采用高浓打浆后接低浓打浆工艺、上网浓度采用0.2%。优化后生产出的伸性纸袋纸各项质量指标高于国家标准,与世界一流伸性纸袋纸的质量相接近。With the improvement of environmental requirements, clupak paper friendly to environment is used more and more widely. And the requirements of high quality become necessary day by day. As well as key devices including head box with consistency control of white water and clupak device were used, in production process of low consistency of beating after high consistency of beating, approach flow consistency of 0.2%, clupak paper of high quality was produced after process optimization. Its quality were better than the requirement of national standard and near to world-class clupak paper.
