低定量吸液滤纸吸液性能的优化

摘　　要：为获得低定量吸液滤纸良好的吸液性能，同时满足快检试纸装配的厚度要求，较系统研究了不同打浆度的棉浆、针叶木浆和针叶木丝光浆的配比对纸页吸液性能的影响。结果表明：相同打浆度下针叶木丝光浆纸页的吸液能力最强，其原浆抄制的纸页吸液高度和吸液量分别可以达到110mm和827g·m-2；棉浆和针叶木浆纸页的吸液能力相对较差；单一棉浆、单一针叶木浆纸及两者配抄纸均难以达到低定量吸液滤纸吸液性能的要求；棉浆与针叶木丝光浆配抄纸，在打浆度为18～23°SR范围可满足吸液性要求，在针叶木丝光浆配比为20％时，3种浆的配抄纸在20～23°SR打浆度范围内其吸液量和厚度可达到要求。In order to obtain good liquid absorbency for light weight filter paper, as well as to meet the requirement of assembly thickness for fast detection indicator paper, the effects of beating degree of cotton pulp, softwood pulp and softwood mercerized pulp as well as fiber furnish on the liquid absorbency of filter paper was systematically investigated. Results showed that the filter paper made from softwood mercerized pulp had the strongest liquid absorbency than that of filter paper made from cotton pulp or softwood pulp at the same beating degree, and absorbing height and water absorbency of softwood mercerized pulp were 110 mm and 827 g＇m 2 respectively. It is difficult for filter paper to meet the requirement of liquid absorbency when it is made from single cotton pulp or softwood pulp and their mixture. Filter paper made from the mixture of cotton pulp and softwood mercerized pulp can meet the requirement of liquid absorbency when the beating degree of pulp is in the range of 20-23°SR. When the proportion of softwood mercerized pulp in the filter paper is 20%, filter paper made from the three pulps can meet both the requirements of liquid absorbency and assembly thickness when the beating degree of pulp is in the range of 20-23°SR.
