冷水可溶性涂布淀粉在铜版纸面涂中的应用

摘　　要：研究冷水可溶性涂布淀粉在铜版纸面涂中的应用。结果表明:与普通涂布淀粉相比,冷水可溶性涂布淀粉可以实现高固含量涂料的配制,涂料的高剪切黏度较高;成纸可以获得优异的光泽度和印刷光泽度;冷水可溶性涂布淀粉的黏结强度接近胶乳。冷水可溶性涂布淀粉的应用性能明显优于普通涂布淀粉,具有较好的应用前景。The effects of cold water soluble starch on top coating of art paper were investigated. ＂]＇he results showed that solids content of coating color can be increased, whereas the high shear viscosity raises a bit compared with traditional coating starch. ＂Ihe addition of cold water soluble coating starch can improve paper gloss and print gloss. With the similar binding strength to petroleumbased binder, the cold water soluble coating starch may be widely used in paper coating colors.
