摘　　要：本文介绍了湖南中医药大学第一附属医院在国家中医临床研究基地业务建设中人才队伍、相关的技术与管理平台(临床科研共享平台、黄疸文献数据库、名老中医临床经验继承平台)、临床与科研的规范管理、协同创新模式建设和重点病种研究所取得的进展。强调基地建设的长期性及人才队伍建设是其中的关键,通过本文的论述,以期为基地建设的发展提供参考。This article was aimed to introduce progresses in fields of high-level research team training and re- lated technological and management platform construction, such as the Clinic and Scientific Sharing Platform, Database of Jaundice Literature, Academic Inheritance of TCM Senior Experts, and the Standardized Manage- ment of Clinical Practice and Scientific Research, Collaborative Innovative Mode Construction, and Key Disease Research. This article emphasized on the key step in the construction of the national clinical research base is the long-term construction of the base and the construction of talented personnel team.
