摘　　要：对我国 2 6支优秀青年足球队在 1 998、 1 999年春训的 3 6次大负荷训练课进行临场统计 ,采用综合评价法建立了一套能够综合评定我国优秀青年足球队大负荷训练课质量的评价指标、标准和方法 ,旨为对我国优秀青年足球队大负荷训练课质量进行监控。Through statistical analysis of 1998 and 1999 Chinese 26 excellent football teams'36 high work_load trainings,a set of index and standard and means o synthetic evaluation about high work_load training quantity of Chinese excellent football teams under twenty_three were established,for as to keep watch on high work_load training quantity of Chinese excellent football teams under twenty_three
