摘 要:本文以熔融的无水混合碱作为溶剂,以成本低廉的金属无机盐和氧化物作为反应物,成功制备了钛酸锶钡纳米陶瓷粉体。用XRD、SEM对粉体进行了表征。研究结果表明,在温度200℃,加热24h时生成钛酸锶钡(Ba0.77Sr0.23TiO3)粉体,在温度245℃,加热24h生成钛酸锶钡(Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3),合成产物为四方形,粉体的粒径为60~120nm,粒度分布均匀。Strontium barium titanate nanometer ceramic powders prepared by mixed alkali route are presented in this paper. Strontium barium titanate nanometer ceramic powders were successfully syn-thesized using molten mixed alkali as the solvent, cheap metal inorganic salts and oxides as reactant. The powders are investigated by XRD and SEM technique. The results show that the Ba0.77 Sr0.23 TiOa powders are formed when the reaction is performed at the temperature of 200~C for 24h. In contrast, Ba0.6Sr0.4TiO3 powders are obtained when the preparation is conducted at 245℃ for 24h. The mor- phology of the resultant product is square. The ticle size distribution is uniform. particle size is in the range of 60-120 nm and the par-ticle size distribution is uniform.
