摘　　要：科学证据原则及预防原则是SPS协议中很重要的两个原则,这两个原则包含很多内容。以案例分析为视角对这两个原则进行分析,能够使我们更清晰地了解其内涵,对中国在适用SPS协定时有重大的借鉴意义。The scientific evidence principle and precautionary principle are two important principles in the SPS Agreement. The paper analyzes two principles through case studies, helping comprehend the two principles more clearly and providing useful and meaningful references for the application of the SPS Agreement.
