摘　　要：通过验案5则,分析郑昌雄教授辨治嗓音病的特色。师古不泥于古,以临床实效作考量;树衷中参西之风,揭喉部病变之由;效法经典探病机,化痰祛瘀除顽疾;咽喉病皆属于火,忌食辛辣是良策。On the basis of 5 cases, this paper analyzed Professor Zheng＇ s clinical experience in treating voice disorders. Professor Zheng paid great attention to ancient theories, clinical efficacy by explaining pathology of voice disorders ; exploring the pathogenesis. He viewed that all voice disorders were contributed to fire and pungent and hot diet was forbidden.
