半夏毒性研究的回顾与展望

摘　　要：对历代关于半夏毒性认识的理论及其现代实验研究进行文献整理和分析。历代本草专著对半夏毒性的认识主要为黏膜刺激性和脏器毒性两方面;现代实验研究包括急性毒性研究、亚急性毒性研究、特殊毒性研究等,主要表现为刺激性毒性、生殖毒性和致突变毒性等。On the basis of theoretical discussion and literature research, this paper discusses the toxicity of Rhizoma PineUiae historically. It is argued that toxicity of Rhizoma Pinelliae in monograph of materia medica is mainly on mucosa irritation and toxicity of the organ. The modern experiment research includes the follow aspects： acute toxicity study, subacute toxicity study, specific toxicity study, etc. They are manifested by irritant toxicity, reproduction toxicity and mutagenic toxicity, etc.
