摘　　要：以电加热炉为监控对象、Visual Basic 6.0为开发软件,以ADAM-4117为数据采集模块,ADAM-4024为控制量输出模块,ADAM-4520为通信模块,设计了一种电加热炉温度监控系统。根据模块化设计思想,对监控系统整体方案、底层通讯接口、用户界面层分别进行设计。经调试,设备运行安全可靠,用户操作方便,软件通讯正常,实验效果良好。The design of temperature control system of electric heating furnace is realized by taking electric heating furnace for monitoring objects,taking Visual Basic 6.0 for software platform,taking ADAM-4117 for data collection module,taking ADAM4024 for control quantity output module,taking ADAM-4024 for communication module.Systems solutions,underlying communication interface and user interface layer are designed,which is based on modular design thought.It is proved that safe and easy operation,software communication normal and good experimental results.
