摘　　要：介绍了轮胎企业密炼机下辅机系统的工作原理,并对某项目电气系统改造的控制方案、硬件及软件设计作了详细阐述,改造后的系统性能稳定,自动化程度提高,达到了预期效果。This paper describes the working principle of downstream system of internal mixer in tire company,introduces the control project,hardware design,software design of one electrical modification system.The finished system performance is stable,improved the degree of automation,and reached the anticipated effect.
