摘 要:由于LED的光谱功率分布较窄,而光度测量中采用的光度探头的响应和标准光谱光视效率函数V(λ)很难做到完全匹配,因此在LED光通量测试中极易引入光谱失配误差.现提出了在LED光通量测试仪中引入光纤光谱仪对光通量测试结果进行光谱失配校正.在验证实验中对不同光谱功率分布的LED样品进行了测量,并且与中国计量科学研究院测试的标准光通量进行了比较,实验数据表明,在LED光通量测试中引入光纤光谱仪进行光谱失配校正能够提高测试精度,其中对单色光LED提高最为显著.Since the spectral power distributions of LEDs are relatively narrow,and the spectral responsivity of photometers does not match exactly with V(λ) function,the spectral luminous efficiency function of a photopic vision,it is very likely to cause spectral mismatch errors when measuring the total luminous flux of LEDs.It is proposed to carry out spectral mismatch correction by introducing a fiber spectrometer in LED luminous flux measurement device.In the experiment,LEDs with different spectral power distributions were measured,and a comparison with the measurement results of National Institute of Metrology P.R.China(NIM) was made.According to experimental results,the application of fiber spectrometer for spectral mismatch correction in luminous flux measurement of LEDs can improve measuring precision,and for single-color LEDs the improvement is the most significant.
