清热活血方熏洗治疗血栓性外痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察清热活血方熏洗治疗血栓性外痔的临床疗效。方法:60例随机分为两组,治疗组30例用清热活血方熏洗,对照组30例用清水熏洗,两组熏洗后均局部外涂马应龙麝香痔疮膏,5天后观察两组的疼痛、水肿积分变化情况及疗效。结果:治疗组疼痛、水肿积分及疗效均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:清热活血方熏洗治疗血栓性外痔效果良好。Objective：To observe the therapeutic effect of treating thrombotic external hemorrhoids by fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formulate.Methods：60 cases of patients suffered from thrombotic external hemorrhoids were divided into the treatment group（n=30） and the control（n=30） randomly.The treatment group were treated by fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formulate and then spreading with Mayinglong mush hemorrhoids ointment.The control group were treated by fumigation and washing with water and then spreading with Mayinglong mush hemorrhoids ointment.Both groups take 5 days as a period of treatment.Symptoms and signs such as pain and edema,and therapeutic effect were observed.Results：Improvement on symptoms and signs,and the therapeutic effect in the treatment group were better than in the control （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusion：Fumigation and washing with clearing away heat and promoting blood circulation formulate is effectire.
