摘 要:以大豆(Glycine max)为实验材料研究微波处理对其种子萌发及产量的影响。采用不同处理时间和处理次数对大豆种子进行微波处理,测定不同微波处理次数后种子糖含量的变化,同时结合大豆田间实验研究微波处理对大豆产量性状的影响。微波处理8秒后,显著提高了大豆的发芽率、发芽势和发芽指数,促进大豆地上干物质的积累和芽长的生长,不同品种大豆存在一定差异性。还原性糖含量在微波处理后维持在恒定水平,蔗糖含量显著提高。微波处理具有提高大豆的底荚高、不育节数、无效荚,降低了大豆的可育节数、荚数和粒数趋势,理论产量和实际产量差异不显著。微波处理能提高大豆种子通过调节自身糖含量的差异,来促进种子的发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数。微波处理种子对大豆田间产量影响不显著。Effects of microwave on seed germination and yield of soybean (Glycine max) were investigated in this paper. The soybean seed was treated by microwave at the different times and processing frequencies, investigating the variation of sugar contents of the seeds. Meanwhile the effect of microwave treatment on the yield of soybean was also studied on field experiments. Although certain variation existed in differing types of soybeans the percentage of seed germination, germination potential and germination index of the soybean were all significantly enhanced after treating soybean with microwave for $ sec, promoting the accumulation of dry matter and bud length. In addition, the sucrose contents of the soybean enhanced significantly after microwave treatments and the contents of reducing sugar maintained at a constant level, which suggested that microwave had a positive effect on plant morphology. Microwave treatment was demonstrated to be capable of boosting seed germination index by adjusting the differences of contents of sucrose, but it had non-significant effect on the yield of soybean.
