粮食主产区粮食银行存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：首先就粮食银行的概念内涵、发展演变进行简要疏理,然后重点分析了粮食主产区发展粮食银行的优势,以及粮食银行发展存在的问题,并给出加强组织管理、加快粮食银行配套项目体系建设、建立有效的风险防范机制及强化政府相关部门的引导与支持的对策及建议。In this paper, the connotation and concept of the food bank, the development and evolution of the food bank were briefly analyzed. Analysis of development advantages and problems of grain banks in the major grain producing areas were focused on the countermeasures and suggestions ,such as strengthening the organization and management, accelerating the construction of supporting projects system of bank commissariat, establishing effective risk prevention mechanism and strengthening the guidance and the supporting of government departments.
