摘 要:能源是经济发展的源泉动力,是人类赖以生存的物质基础,在国家能源安全及可持续发展过程中起着重要的作用。黑龙江省作为我国的资源大省,在经济发展中长期采取高投入、高消耗、低效率的粗放型的增长方式,消耗大量常规能源,同时也带来了一系列严重的负面效应。在黑龙江省老工业基地振兴过程中,必须大力发展新能源与可再生能源资源产业,从根本上解决能源短缺和环境污染等影响经济社会可持续发展的问题。黑龙江省拥有丰富的生物质资源,生物质能的开发利用既可以为农民增加收入,又可以缓解农村能源短缺问题,在能源供应日趋紧张的今天,黑龙江省应大力发展生物质能源。Energy was the power source of economic development, the material basis for human life, and played an important role in national energy security and sustainable development. Heilongjiang, as a province rich in resources, had been in the growth mode of high input, high consumption and low efficiency for long, which had consumed a lot of conventional energy and caused a series of negative effects. In revitalization of the old industrial base in Heilongjiang, industries on new and renewable energy resources must be intensively developed so that energy shortage and environmental pollution which affected sustainable development could be settled. Heilongjiang had abundant biomass resources. The development and utilization of biomass energy could not only increase farmers' income, but ease rural energy shortage as well. Nowadays, Energy was in short supply, so major efforts should be devoted to the development of biomass energy in Heilongjiang.
