摘　　要：随着体操技术的飞速发展 ,体操动作创新在比赛中起着越来越重要的作用 ,并且受到广大教练员和运动员的极大关注。为此 ,对体操动作创新原则、创新影响因素及创新方法结合实例进行了综述 ,以拓展继续创新的思路 。With the fast development of gymnastic technique, the innovation of the gymnastic movements plays more and more important roles in competitions and much attention was paid to it by coaches and gymnasts. Therefore, the innovation principles, the factors influencing the innovation and the innovation methods were summarized so as to continuously develop the thinking of innovation, which is of important guiding significance in improving difficulties of the movements and the value of the formation of the entire exercise.
