摘　　要：RDS阀是压控测试工具中的安全循环阀,担负循环及一次关井的重要使命。但RDS阀受自身结构性能所限,在保养工具、装备工具、连接工具、现场操作、相关方配合设备等方面存在许多问题。对RDS阀故障实例进行分析,提出了相应的解决方法,使其在生产中发挥更大作用。RDS valve is a voltage-controlled security testing tools recirculation valve,a shut-in shoulder loop and important mission.But RDS valve by its own structural performance limitations in maintenance tools,equipment,tools,connectivity tools,field operations,equipment,and other interested parties with regard many problems.RDS instances of valve failure on a detailed analysis of the corresponding solution proposed to play a greater role in the production.
