摘 要:玻璃棉和岩棉是无机绝热材料中具有代表性的产品。本文对不同密度、温度和相对湿度条件下玻璃棉和岩棉的导热系数变化规律进行了系统研究。结果表明,玻璃棉和岩棉的导热系数随着密度的增大而逐渐减小。随着测试温度的升高,玻璃棉板和岩棉板的导热系数逐渐增大且其导热系数随温度呈线性关系。玻璃棉板和岩棉板的导热系数随相对湿度的增大呈现增大的趋势,玻璃棉板和岩棉板属于吸湿性材料,随着相对湿度的增大,水分进入材料的孔隙导致保温绝热性能下降。Glass wool and rock wool are the typical products of the inorganic insulation materials, the influences of density, temperature, relative humidity on the thermal conductivity of glass wool and rock wool were researched in this paper. The results show that thermal conductivity of glass wool and rock wool decreases with the increasing of density. With the temperature increasing, the thermal conductivity of glass wool and rock wool increased and varied linearly. The thermal conductivity of glass wool and rock wool also increased with the rise of relative humidity. Because the glass wool and rock wool are hygroscopicity materials, the water easily entering the porosity of materials and the insulation property decreased with the increase of relative humidity .
