摘 要:单臂(1/4桥)测量方法是经常使用的结构应变测量方法;但在野外试验中,由于测点和测量仪器之间常有数十米至百米的距离,桥路信号需长导线传输;而由于长导线电阻的引入,若用单臂测量会出现应变放大器无法调零现象。基于桥路工作原理,分析长导线传输引起的桥路不能调平衡的原因,采用一种三线制的接线方法,解决了远距离单臂应变测量时应变放大器无法调零的问题。该方法用在温度场比较稳定的测试环境中,可少贴补偿片,少接线,降低试验成本,提高工作效率。某航天器级间段结构强度考核试验中采用该方法获得较好效果。The method of sing/earm measurement ( 1/4 bridge) is often used in strain measurement. However, in field tests, the distances between the measuring points and the measurement devices are often several tens to hundreds of meters, bridge circuit signals must be passed through long cables, thus causing the problem that strain amplifiers can not be adjusted to zero because of the resistance of long cable when using the singlearm measure ment. According to the working principle of bridges, the reason for bridge circuit imbalance owing to long cable transmission is analyzed. A method of threewire system is presented, and the zero nonbalance problem of strain amplifiers is solved. When the temperature field is stable, using this method can decrease the amount of the com pensating gauges and wire, reduce test cost, and increase work efficiency. It has been used in the strength verifica tion tests of the interstages of spacecraft and satisfying results have been obtained.
