摘  要:将250只21日龄健康艾维茵肉鸡随机均分为5组,第1~3组(治疗组)用新城疫病毒(NDV)强毒株攻毒,并在22~25日龄肉鸡饲料中分别添加0.5%、1.0%、2.0%的中药"禽康散",第4组(阴性对照组)、第5组(阳性对照组)不用药,探讨"禽康散"对人工感染NDV肉鸡红细胞免疫功能的影响。结果表明:添加0.5%、1.0%中药组红细胞免疫复合花环率在攻毒3d后(用药2d后)均明显低于阳性对照组(P<0.01);红细胞补体受体花环率高于阳性和阴性对照组,且在攻毒后3d(用药后2d)、7d(停药后2d)时差异达到极显著(P<0.01)。证明"禽康散"具有促进肉鸡红细胞免疫功能,提高机体抗NDV的能力,且添加浓度为1.0%时效果最佳。In order to investigate the influence of complex Chinese crude drug "Qinkangsan" on red blood cell immune functions of broiler chickens artificially infected with NDV, 250 21-day-old broiler chickens were randomly divided into 5 groups. Group 1- 3 were challenged with virulent NDV-F48E9, then fed with 0.5 %, 1.0 %, 2.0 % "Qinkangsan" for 4 days, respectively. Group 4 and 5 were treated as negative and positive control respectively. The results showed that the ICR rosette percentage of the groups fed with 0.5 %and 1 % "Qinkangsan" were significantly lower than that of positive control group (P〈0.01) at 3 d post-challenge (2 days after drug feed) ; and the erythrocyte C3bR rosette percentage of the two treated groups were higher than that of positive and negative control groups , especially significant at 3 d (2 days after drug feed), 7 d (2 days after drug termination) post-challenge (P〈0.01). Therefore,the complex Chinese crude drug "Qinkangsan" could improve red blood cell immune functions and enhance resistance to NDV of broiler chick- ens, especially at the concentration of 1.0 %.
