摘　　要：高校体育工作管理体系的建立 ,要使高校的体育工作管理科学化、系统化、规范化、制度化 ;使体育工作者在工作中自我约束、自我管理 ,从而提高思想素质和业务水平 ,调动其工作积极性 ;有利于鉴别优劣、表彰先进。The establishment of management system of P.E. at general higher learning institutions should help to make the management of P.E. work scientific,systematic,normalized and regulated,and make P.E. workers self disciplined,self managed to improve qualities of thought and work and to initiate their enthusiasm.
