摘　　要：目的:探讨传统手术和经闭孔阴道无张力尿道中段悬吊术(TVT-O)在治疗女性压力性尿失禁(SUI)的临床意义。方法:回顾性分析某医院女性SUI患者71例,其中实施TVT术的32例(TVT-O组),同期传统手术39例(对照组)的临床资料。结果:71例均获手术成功,TVT-O组较对照组手术时间、术中出血量、住院时间、保留尿管时间和术后并发症发生率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:TVT-O术是治疗女性SUI的一种有效、安全、经济的微创手术。Objective：To explore the clinical significance of tension-free vaginal tape obturator technique （TVT-O） obturator technique in treatment of female stress urinary incontinence （SUI）. Methods ：The clinical data of 71 cases of female SUI in which the TVT-O technique was used in 32 eases as study group and the traditional surgery was used in 39 cases as control group were analyzed retrospectively.Results：There were significant diferences in oper- ation time, blood loss during the operation, days of hospital stay, time of detaining urethral catheterization and compli- cations after the operation （P〈0.05）. Conclusions ：TVT-O procedure is an effective and safe minimal invasive surgery for treatment of female SUI.
