摘　　要：目的:探讨PIHS剖宫产术综合护理在围手术期的实施效果。方法:选择某医院收治PIHS剖宫产术病人76例为观察对象,分析比较围手术期综合护理的实施对PIHS的疗效。结果:围手术期综合护理的实施对PIHS剖宫产患者效果满意,术后无严重并发症。结论:围手术期的综合护理对PIHS剖宫产术疗效有着及其重要的意义。Objective ：To investigate the effect in perioperative comprehensive nursing of patients with pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome.Methods：The curative effect of perioperative comprehensive nursing of patients with PIHS including 76 cases between January 2008 and December 2012 in a hospital were retrospectively analyzed in our study. Results ：Perioperative comprehensive nursing of patients with PIHS were satisfactory, no serious postoperative complications.Conclusion, It is of meat significance in neriooerative comnrehensive nursin~ of patients with PIHS.
