摘　　要：举债投资建新城发展方式的危险在于，一旦开发主体不到位，地方政府性债务可能崩盘。更为关键的是，地方债、房地产泡沫和影子银行等金融风险交织在一起。The danger of development model of borrowing to build new town is that,once the development of the main is not in place,local government debt may collapse.More crucially,local debt,real estate bubble and the shadow banking and other financial risks are intertwined,constantly spawned new social risks.
