竹黄颗粒剂对角质形成细胞增殖影响的实验研究

摘　　要：目的　研究竹黄颗粒剂治疗银屑病的作用机制。方法　腹腔注射乙烯雌酚有引起小鼠上皮细胞增殖的作用 ,小鼠尾部表皮天然缺少颗粒层 ,这两种特征与银屑病病理类似。不同组别的小鼠以竹黄颗粒剂或银屑冲剂灌胃 ,观察其对角质形成细胞增殖的调节作用。结果　与对照组比较 ,竹黄颗粒剂有较好的降低嗜银蛋白含量和小鼠阴道上皮细胞有丝分裂 ,以及促使角质形成细胞分化的作用。Objective In order to study the mechanism of the Zhu huang granule(ZHG)in treating psoriasis.Methods Intraperitoneal injection of estrogen has a proliferation effect on the basal cell of mouse vagina and the epidermis of mouse trial is lack of stralum granutosum naturaly.The two characters are just identical with the pathology of psoriasis.The different groups of mouse were fed with ZHG or Yin Xie granule.Its action in regulating keratinocyte proliferation was observed.Results Experimental study revealed that comparing with the control group,the expression of AgNoRs and mitosis rate of the basal cell of mice ragina decrease greatly and ZHG has a ability to accelerate the formation of keratohyalin.Conclusion The mechanism of ZHG in treating psoriasis may be related to regulate keratinocyte proliferation.
