摘　　要：发展家庭农场,实现现代农业备受关注。该文在分析了发达国家发展家庭农场实现现代农业成功经验的基础上,阐述了在中国推进家庭农场可能会出现的弊端,提出了吸取现代企业制度经验,以村办农场形式实现中国农业转型的五个政策建议。Development of family farms, implementation of modern agriculture is a topic of current concern. In the Article, based on analysis the experience of developed countries of family farms in modern agriculture, disad-vantages in China to promote the family farm was expounded, five policy proposals of village farm based modern en-terprise system experience were proposed.
