中国妇女健康政策的社会性别分析

摘　　要：20世纪后半叶,女性健康已成为全人类健康中一个重要的聚焦点,继而也成为全球健康政策的一个重点。运用社会性别视角分析发现,中国的妇女健康政策仍较着重于从母婴保健和计划生育的角度关注妇女健康,致使妇女健康问题与健康需要长期受到忽视,妇女健康领域的相对独立性和专门化程度尚待提高。我国政府对妇女健康促进和健康政策的重视程度和统筹能力需进一步加强,女性健康政策与健康服务体系应成为现代社会福利制度与社会政策框架的组成部分,建构具有社会性别意识的健康政策,维护女性利益。Women＇s health has become a significant focus of the whole human race health, as well as an emphasis of global health policy in the second half the 20th century. From the gender perspective, it can be found that women＇s health policy in China still pays more attention to women＇s health in terms of maternal and infant healthcare and planned parenthood, neglecting health problem and health demand of women in a long term, so the relative independency and specialization degree in women＇s health field need to be improved. The attention that our government pays to women＇s health improvement and health policy and the planning ability need to be further strengthened. In the meanwhile, constructing the awareness of social gender health policy and maintaining women interests to enable women＇s health policy and health service system should become a part of modern social welfare system and policy framework.
