摘  要:目的了解拉贝洛尔对高血压病患者中心动脉压(CAP)及反射波的影响。方法将中心动脉收缩压(CSP)≥160 mmHg和舒张压(CDP)≥70 mmHg的64例患者分成拉贝洛尔组(32例)和硝酸甘油对照组(32例),分别在主动脉内注入拉贝洛尔25 mg和硝酸甘油200μg,观察CAP、反射波增强压力(AP)、压力增强指数(AI)、起始时间(IT)的变化并进行比较。结果拉贝洛尔显著降低CSP、CDP和脉压(PP)以及AP和AI(P<0.05),但与硝酸甘油比较降低显著减少(P<0.05)。起始时间(IT)显著延迟(P<0.05),与硝酸甘油比较延迟显著减少(P<0.05)。结论拉贝洛尔有降低CAP以及优化反射波的作用,效果不如硝酸甘油。Objective To study the impact of labetalol on central aortic pressure(CAP) and reflected wave in hypertensive patients.Methods Sixty four patients with central aortic systolic pressure(CSP) ≥ 160 mmHg and central aortic diastolic pressure(CDP) ≥ 70 mmHg were divided into a labetalol group(n = 32) and a nitroglycerin group(n = 32).They were respectively injected labetalol 25 mg and nitroglycerin 200 μg in the aorta.The changes of the figures of CAP,augmented pressure(AP),augmentation index(AI) and initiated time(IT) of reflected wave were compared.Results After using the 2 drugs,the CSP,CDP,PP,AP and AI were significantly lower and IT was significantly delayed in the 2 groups,but the effect of labetalol was less significant than the effect of nitroglycerin.Conclusion Labetalol can significantly decrease CAP and optimize reflected wave,but its effect is less significant than the effect of nitroglycerin.
