摘　　要：目的临床药师通过参与1例重症手足口病合并脑炎患儿的药学监护,探讨在临床实践中实施药学监护的模式与方法。方法临床药师从抗病毒、控制细菌感染、脱水降颅内压、糖皮质激素和免疫增强剂等支持治疗用药选择、监测相关指标和不良反应方面积极配合医师,为患者提供了合理的用药方案。结果临床药师提供的全程药学服务,使患者用药的安全性、有效性和合理性得到明显的提高。结论临床药学服务可以提高药物治疗效果,避免和减少不良事件,让患者受益。Objective To discuss the mode and method of pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists in clinical practice for 1 patient with hand-food-mouth disease complicated with encephalitis.Methods Clinical pharmacists helped physicians to provide reasonable medications,through selection of antivirus and antibacterium and intracranial hypotension and supportive treatment of sugar cortical hormone and immune strengthening agents,and monitored the relevant indicators and adverse reactions.Results Pharmaceutical care from clinical pharmacists for patients with hand-food-mouth disease was helpful in improving the safety,effectiveness and rationality of drug treatment.Conclusion Clinical pharmacy services can improve the effect of drug treatment,avoid and reduce adverse events,and benefit patients.
