社区老年人经济收入与支出情况对自我健康管理的影响

摘　　要：探讨收支状况对社区老年人自我健康管理及一般自我效能的影响,为采取相应的措施提供依据。整群选取唐山市路北区乔屯办事处下属的各居委会所属社区≥60岁老年人,采用成年人健康自我管理能力量表和一般自我效能感应量表进行调查。不同收支状况对老年人的健康自我管理有影响,也对一般自我效能有影响,收入小于支出者健康自我管理三个维度及一般自我效能评分均明显降低,具有统计学意义(P<0.01或P<0.05)。经济收支状况是影响社区老年人自我管理的重要因素,所以提高老年人的收入可以促进自我管理水平的提高,可以减少慢病发生,提高生活质量。ObjectiveTo study the effect of income and expenditure on health management among community elderly, providing basis for taking corresponding measures. Method Adult Health Self-Management Ability questionnaire and General Self-Efficacy scale were used to investigate the elderly aged 60 and above in Tanshan City. Result Different income and expenditure status could affect the self-management and self-efficacy of the elderly. The scores of the three health management dimensions and self-efficacy of the elderly with income less than expenditure were signifi-candy lower （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Balance of ineome and expenditure could affect the health management a-mong community elderly, so improving the income of the elderly can improve self-management level, reduce the the incidence of chronic diseases, and improve the quality of life.
