基于模糊综合评价的社区安全管理模式选择

摘　　要：社区安全管理模式选择模型的构建和综合评价有助于社区安全管理水平的提高,本文运用模糊层次分析法,确定了社区安全管理模式选择模型的二级和三级指标的权重,并对五种主要社区安全管理模式进行了综合评价,结果显示:综合创新型模式是最佳模式,其次是政府主导模式,合作共建模式,企业主导模式,社区自治组织主导模式。这为政府社区安全管理建设工作提出了重点,对实际工作有一定的参考价值。Construction and comprehensive evaluation model of community safety management model is helpful to improve the management level of community safety, this paper determined community safety management mode choice model of two level and three level to determine the weights of the index uses fuzzy analytic hierarchy process, and the five main community safety management model is evaluated, the results showed that comprehensive innovation mode is the best scheme, followed by the government leading pattern, the community autonomous organization leading mode. This is management and construction work, and has the certain reference value mode, cooperation mode, enterprise leading useful to the government community safety to the actual work.
