摘　　要：曹妃甸综合保税区是河北省设立的首个综合保税区,是环渤海经济圈发展的重要增长极。对曹妃甸综合保税区发展的优势条件和制约因素进行分析,并提出促进曹妃甸综合保税区发展的对策。dian Comprehensive Bonded Zone is the first Comprehensive Bonded Zone in Hebei province, it is the significant growth pole of Bohai Economic Rim. This paper analyzes advantage conditions and restricting factors of Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone, and puts forward suggestions to promote the development of Caofeidian Comprehensive Bonded Zone.
