摘  要:近年来,随着改革开放的不断深化,外资零售企业大量涌入我国市场,在对我国零售业造成不小冲击的同时也带来了许多先进理念,促进了我国零售业的改革与发展。许多零售企业放弃了原有的单一百货商场模式,逐步发展为百货店铺、购物中心、超市、便利店等多种业态相互组合模式,形成了多种零售业态并存的发展态势和竞争局面。但百货商场仍然是大多数零售企业的主导业态,对企业的发展起着重要作用。主要结合我国百货商场业态的发展过程、现状等,分析了百货商场业态现存的问题,提出了解决对策,可供零售企业选择业态以及业态发展时提供参考。In recent years, with the deepening of reform and opening up, foreign retail enterprises are pouring into Chinese market, resulting in some impacts on China's retail promote the reform and development of China's retail industry. Many retail compani:s abandoned the original single department store mode, the progressive development of department stores, shopping mails, supermarkets, convenience stores and other retail mutual combination formed the development situation of various sales formats coexistence and competition. But the department store is still the dominant format most retail enterprise, plays an important role in the development of enterprises. This paper mainly with China's retail industry, retail trade and development, depart-ment store format situation, development trend of department stores formats provides the reference for the model se-lection retail enterprises.
