摘　　要：实时参考咨询是一种高效率的交互式虚拟咨询服务方式。以河北省高校图书馆实时参考咨询服务的调查为基础,分析了河北省高校图书馆实时参考咨询服务的现状及其存在问题,并就如何改进提出了建议。Based on the established 13 indicators of the evaluation index system based on the use of factor analysis, Tangshan, Hebei county area for comprehensive economic strength indicators for evaluation. By calculating and ana-lyzing statistical software SPSS17.0 was proposed as an integrated economic development factor score size measure of overall strength, given the major counties Tangshan comprehensive economic strength ranking, and the main factor scores situation gives the corresponding evaluation.
