摘　　要：大学生有较强的示范和激励作用。"学子讲堂"是依靠学生榜样开展大学生思想政治教育工作的有效模式。依靠学生榜样开展大学生思想政治教育工作,要坚持真实性、针对性和感染性,同时还要加强对学生榜样的教育引导。The model student of the college provides a strong demonstration effect and motivation to the other students. ＂The model student＇s lecture＂ is an efficient mode to develop the university student ideological-political education with the model student, which must adhere to the authenticity, pertinence, and infectivity principle. Mean-while enhancing the education guidance of the model student is also essential.
