摘　　要：[目的]探讨智商测定改良蒙特利尔认知估量表(Improved Montreal cognitive assessment,IMoCA)在评价中药醒脑开窍方对脑出血性卒中患者疗效中的应用价值。[方法]选取128例脑出血患者,术后随机分为醒脑开窍加常规西药治疗组和常规西药治疗对照组,在不同时间进行GOS分级评分和IMoCA评分。[结果]治疗组和对照组的GOS评分分级无区别;而两组间治疗2月以上者的IMoCA评分均有明显差异(P<0.05)。[结论]IMoCA能更为精确的评价中药醒脑开窍方对出血性脑卒中患者疗效。[Objective] To assess the clinical values of the improved Montreal Cognitive table（Improved Montreal cognitive assessment, IMoCA） in the eval- uation of stroke patients using Xingnao Kaiqiao methods. [Method] 128 patients with cerebral hemorrhage, were grouped by Xingnao Kaiqiao plus con- ventional western medicine group and the conventional western medicine control group, at different times, GOS grading and the improved Montreal table were used to measure the cognitive score. [Results] In the patients using Xingnao Kaiqiao methods, there＇s no difference between GOS score grad- ing.While the score of each group of iMoCA is significantly different. [Conclusion] The modified form of Montreal cognitive table can more accurately measure the cognitive capability in stroke patients with Xingnao Kaiqiao methods, should be further promoted in the clinic.
