三小定点整脊手法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床研究

摘　　要：[目的]观察三小定点整脊术对腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。[方法]采用随机、单盲的方法,选取60例腰椎间盘突出症患者分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例,采用三小定点整脊术治疗,对照组30例,采用针灸治疗,选取直腿抬高角度SLR和视觉疼痛量表VAS值作为疗效评价指标。[结果]治疗组和对照组直腿抬高角度SLR增加值及VAS值降低值比较(P<0.05),治疗组疗效明显高于对照组且治疗期间无明显不良反应。[结论]三小定点整脊术可明显改善腰椎间盘突出症患者症状。[Objective] To observe the chnical effect of spine 3-small-fixed-points spine massage on lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion. [Method] Take random and uni-blind method to select 60 cases and divide them into treatment and control groups, both n=30; the treatment group take 3-small-fixed- points spine massage, control one with acupuncture; take SLR and VAS values as effect assessment indexes. [Result] Comparing SLR increment and VAS decrease values of both groups,P〈0.05, the treatment group was much better than control one, without any side effects. [Conclusion] 3-smaU-fixed- points spine massage can markedly relieve symptoms of lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion.
