摘 要:目的探索周围神经端侧吻合时供体神经的选择。方法新西兰大白兔30只,随机分3组,每组10只。A组:端端吻合组,切断尺神经,端端吻合。B组:切断尺神经,与正中神经端侧吻合。C组:切断尺神经,与桡神经端侧吻合。各组分别于术后3月取材进行组织学、形态定量学和电生理检测。结果端端吻合组优于其他两组。余两组差异无统计学意义。结论原位端端吻合是神经损伤最佳修复方式。支配两组拮抗肌的神经行端侧吻合后有神经纤维再生。Objective To explore the selection of the donor never in side anastomosis of peripheral never. Methods 30 New Zealand white rabbits were ramdomly divided into 3 groups in group B. Transected the ulnar nerve,and end-to-end neurorrhaphy in group A. Transected the ulnar nerve,and end-to-side neurorrhaphy the median nerve. Transected the ulnar nerve,and end-to-side neurorrhaphy the radial nerve in group C. Histological,morphological and electrophysiological examinations were performed 3 months after the operation. Results End to end anastomosis group was better than others. There was no significant differences between group B and group C. Conclusion End to end anastomosis is the best way to repair the nerve injury. The nerve fiber regenerate in end-to-side anastomosis between the nevers which innervate two groups of antagonistic muscle.
