奇管冲剂止咳化痰平喘作用及毒性研究

摘　　要：目的研究奇管冲剂的止咳化痰平喘作用及毒性反应。方法通过化学药物二氧化硫、氨水、枸橼酸引起小鼠和豚鼠的咳嗽,观察奇管冲剂的镇咳作用;通过小鼠酚红的排出量观察药物的祛痰作用;通过药物磷酸组织胺和氯化乙酰胆碱引起豚鼠哮喘,观察药物的平喘作用。同时对奇管冲剂进行了急性毒性和长期毒性试验观察。结果奇管冲剂能明显延长二氧化硫、氨水、枸橼酸引起咳嗽的潜伏期,减少咳嗽次数;能增加酚红的排出量;明显延长豚鼠发生哮喘的潜伏期。奇管冲剂的最大给药量为81g/kg,长期毒性试验没有明显的毒副反应发生。结论在本次试验中,奇管冲剂表现出明显的镇咳、祛痰、平喘作用,且安全性高。Objective Stopping coughing and asthma and reducing sputum of Qiguan medicinal instant granules were observed,toxicity reaction were also studied. Methods Through cough models of mice and guinea pigs induced by chemical drugs such as sulfur dioxide and ammonia and citric acid,the effects of relieving cough were observed. The role for eliminating sputum was evaluated by tracheal segment phenol red excretion assay. The anti-asthmatic effect was studied by mixing up histamine phosphate and acetylcholine chloride induced asthmatic to guinea pigs. Acute and chronic toxicity tests were researched as well. Results It could prolong mouse’s cough incubation,reduce cough frequencies,it could increase trachea secreting phenol red, also could prolong the asthma incubation. The maximal oral dose on mice was 81 g / kg,and no clearly toxicity reaction in the long-term toxicity. Conclusion In these experiments,Qiguan medicinal instant granules had evident effects of relieving cough and reducing sputum and relieving asthma,and it was safe.
